Information about the competition

1. Name of event : Atlanta Icon (Dance)

2. Type of event : In-person Dance Competition organized by Pujari Atlanta

3. Dates of Event : 8th April 2023 (Saturday) starts at 10.30am ( Solo and Group Dance)

4. Venue: Alpharetta Library Auditorium : 10 Park Plaza, Alpharetta, GA 30009

5. Event Restrictions : Event is restricted to residents of Georgia, USA ONLY

8. Groups (Solo):

   1. a. Gr. A – Children up to 8 Yrs.

   2. Gr. B – Children 9-16 Yrs.

   3. Gr. C – anyone 16 Yrs.+

9. Solo Dance Categories : Classical and Bollywood

10. Groups (Group Dance):

    1. Gr. A – Children up to 13 Yrs.

    2. Gr. B – 13 Yrs and above

11. Group Dance Categories : Any genre of Indian Dance

12. Attractive prizes will be given to competition winners in all categories in addition to recognition in Pujari and international medias

13. Participation fees :

    1. Pujari members : $5

    2. Non-members : $10

14. Payment should be made by Zell at pr@pujari.org by 25^th of March 2023

15. Registration must be completed by 25^th of March 2023

Rules and Regulations:

** Maximum time limit for a performance : up to 3 mins
** You must use Audio Tracks ( in mp3 format ONLY) of your choice. You have to mail the track to atlantaicon@pujari.org
** No Smule or Video tracks will be allowed
** all participants MUST email their track to atlantaicon@Pujari.org by April 1st 2023
**Participants must be ready(with costumes and props) on their own at the time of the performance. Green room/changing room may not be available at the venue
**judges’ s decisions are final
**registration fee is non-refundable
**If anyone is late, he/she will have to wait for the judges’ call.
**any others rules(if any) will be communicated before the competition
**Winner’s name will be declared in pujari Web and FB page. Prize distribution will be held on 15^th April at Hendricks Middle School
